Welcome to the 'Clockwork' Instructor Portal!

Accessibility Services offices at Memorial University use the "ClockWork" database system in the provision of services to students with disabilities. This system allows us to communicate a variety of information to students and instructors including letters of accommodation and accommodated testing information. 

Beginning Fall 2024, Accessibility Services (ACES) on the Grenfell Campus will be using the ClockWork system to support students with disabilities.

As an instructor on either campus, you can use this portal to:

• view student's formal accommodations that have been approved by our office,
• communicate information about your upcoming mid-terms, tests or exams, and
• upload test and exam materials and instructions directly to Accessibility Office on your campus
