Book an appointment
Welcome to appointment booking! You can use the portal to:
- Book an appointment with your Accessibility Advisor, and
- Check your upcoming scheduled appointments
Step 1: Review the appointment types below to ensure you are booking the most appropriate appointment type.
Check-in (Duration: 30 minutes)
These appointments are designed for quick check-ins with your Advisor. Please note that if you book a check-in and the reason for the appointment is complex, you will likely have to book another appointment to discuss the matter more in-depth with your Advisor.
Disability Advising (Duration: 60 minutes)
These appointments are for general questions you have about your accommodations, get some help with ClockWork or review any other aspects of your educational experiences.
Learning Strategies (Duration: 60 minutes)
These appointments allow you to meet with your Advisor to review strategies that can assist you with your academic activities. This is great for learning more about time management, study skill development or just learning about how to keep up with fast pace of university life.
Renew Accommodations (Duration: 60 minutes)
These appointments may be necessary to renew your accommodations. Generally, students who are registered with our office are required to renew their accommodations in advance of their second year of study. This is to ensure that the accommodations are working and are sufficient before progressing too far into your studies.
Request Change in Accommodations (Duration: 60 minutes)
These appointments are used if you wish to request a change in your accommodations. If you are seeking additional accommodations that are not currently supported by your original documentation, you should be prepared to obtain additional supporting documentation. Your Advisor can inform you of any necessary additional documentation needed. In some cases, additional documentation is not needed.
Residence Accommodations (Duration: 60 minutes)
These appointments are required to secure disability accommodations in residence. Be prepared with any documentation you may need to support your request.
Review Approved Accommodations (Duration: 60 minutes)
These appointments are used to review your approved accommodations. We generally recommend doing this once a year. Generally, students who register with our office for the first time will have to review and renew their accommodations after their first year.
Student Aid Grants (Duration: 60 minutes)
These appointments are designed to address any questions related to Student Aid Grants and any bursaries associated with that process. To ensure an efficient meeting, be sure to come prepared with all the documents, quotes and other necessary information that might be needed for the appointment.
Step 2: Select the "Schedule an Appointment" tab at the top of the page.
